Sandpiper Inn Policies
Policies:
Cancellation Policy - A $15 processing fee is assessed to all reservations, regardless of cancellation date. A 7-day cancellation is required. A 14-21 day cancellation is required for all holidays and special events. Guests are required to notify the Inn at 1-800-590-6433 by 3 PM by phone, prior to the date of arrival if an emergency cancellation is requested. A 2 night deposit is charged at the time of booking and all remaining nights of the stay are due on the day of arrival.
Proof of Identity - Due to an increase of identity theft and credit card fraud the Sandpiper Inn requires a valid form of identification, and the credit card used for the deposit at the time of check-in.
AAA/CAA & AARP discounts of 10% are offered Sun-Thurs. No discounts available on Fri-Sat, special events & holiday periods. Guests may not combine discounts, gift certificates and special offers. Please present your membership card at check-in.

Monterey County Tourism Assessment Fee of $.50 per night promotes marketing and tourism.
